| • The minimum purchase is one square, the maximum purchase can be the total of whatever squares are presently available to buy on the site. • When you purchase a square you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on www.jamaicaholics.com in the square(s) that you have purchased. • You must have the authority for the website you submit. • Your square(s) will remain on the site for one full year. At that time you will have the opportunity to reclaim them via email. • You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted it, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on this site. • No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted. Jamaicaholics will review your image and link. • We will remove your image/graphic/link upon confirmation that your company or site does no longer exist or is subject to legal issues. • Funds must be fully received and cleared before your square is put on the site. • If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from this site, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available for purchase again. • As with any web site, we will have occasional downtime for maintenance.
